
Membership Refunds
Membership refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Monthly memberships are non-refundable once activated
- Annual memberships may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee
- Medical conditions may qualify for special consideration
- Documentation may be required for refund requests
Class and Training Package Refunds
Refunds for classes and training packages:
- Unused class packages are refundable within 30 days of purchase
- Personal training packages are refundable before first session
- Group class passes are non-refundable once used
- Specialty workshops may have specific refund policies
- Refunds are processed to original payment method
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees apply in the following situations:
- Late cancellation of personal training sessions: 50% of session fee
- No-show for scheduled classes: Full class fee
- Late cancellation of group classes: $10 fee
- Special event cancellations: Varies by event
- Multiple cancellations may affect future booking privileges
Refund Process
Our refund process includes:
- Submit refund request in writing or via email
- Include relevant documentation and receipts
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Refund amount credited to original payment method
- Email confirmation when refund is processed
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Used class passes
- Personal training sessions after completion
- Retail items (unless defective)
- Special event tickets after the event
- Processing fees and administrative charges
Exceptions and Appeals
For special cases:
- Appeals must be submitted within 30 days
- Include detailed explanation and supporting documents
